Omg he got into someones computer without asking and put a picture on it, the world is coming to a end, sometimes teachers need to relax, and ten day suspension along with a talk with him and his parents, would have been plenty of punishment. He's only a kid.

If the kid was looking for porn on his teacher's work computer, good on him. That's not shit middle school students need to see/have access to.

This whole thing reminds me of the time I got boot nuked and my VP admitted that the board got the cheap firewall but still blamed it on me for "not being careful".

People aren't very good at taking blame in general. It's a basic human instinct to try and defend yourself when someone tries to harm you, and this also goes for verbal situations also even if it is completely their fault, and such thing appears in this case too.
