Good start, definitely a long way to go.
Can't say I enjoy the text, I never really liked any text that had 'too much detail' basically(little cracks etc inside of font unless it's made to look that way). Also a lot of empty space within the black, but I see where your design is coming from and what you're trying to achieve.

Looks nice. However not too keen on the text. It would also be good if you made it more ghostly? To me it seems more like a vampires cape.

The foreground and background blue clash and mix a bit, also doesn't look very ghostly or spooky
