Can't say I enjoy the text, I never really liked any text that had 'too much detail' basically(little cracks etc inside of font unless it's made to look that way). Also a lot of empty space within the black, but I see where your design is coming from and what you're trying to achieve. RE: Ghosts userbar - Zodiac - 10-12-2016 Looks nice. However not too keen on the text. It would also be good if you made it more ghostly? To me it seems more like a vampires cape. It wasn't planned out to have a theme or anything just randomly went along with it.
