Laws were not made (Read note). Taxes have been raised to 10% but you find people not paying the taxis maybe you should make a police unit to hunt this people down. Factories are made but don't make anything currently. 50 homes have been made and the rent is a 1,000 currency a year per home (You can change the price if wanted).
