The 250,000 oil workers work digitally and are slowly but surely making a oil industry in Stalingradia. The 250,000 techies, are making progress to making Stalingradia modern day technology equivalent to the United States (Phones, Tablets, Computers, etc) The 250,000 soldiers are enlisted but have no place to train, and 10,000 of them have guns. The 250,000 scientist have no real tools/education to help them with their practices so they spend the 5.5m dollars on hookers and leisure activities.

The Seraphs wasn't a success and are basically as good as normal soldiers at this current moment. The airport security for Ebola was a success but they still haven't found any Ebola patients traveling to Quebec.

Your citizens are very happy with your actions! South Africa before you "purchased it" was in a very bad place, most of the cities were destroyed due to Ebola outbreak. People ran rampant and stole in order to attempt to stay alive. The late president killed all the Effected Ebola patience but was later assassinated by family members of the victims. Although, Ebola can come back from other African countries and you should increase your border security. Your farming is getting better and you are able to feed your population for the most part. When you came in office most of the buildings were destroyed, the keepers decided to knock down most of the buildings and rebuild them, since your low population only 1 city was built, and optimize with green energy because of lack of funding. The engineers opened up four schools and currently educating your youth, however your population isn't the most educated bunch and you should try to purchase some teachers from different lands. The Spartans have lack of good weaponry, they use ak-47 because its a cheap weapon that last for a long time and a machete. However, only half of the Spartans and are equipped and barely know how to use the ak-47. The council was setup but they aren't very bright but in time you will get brighter minds. The engineers also built one lab decked out with good equipment but have very little knowledge on how to use the equipment. Your message was sent but no one took it seriously.
