Only time I ever use free web-hosting is for testing purposes. Anytime a product on the internet is free it means that the user is the product. And if I'm hosting a website, the last thing I want is someone monetizing my site other than myself.

I prefer paid web hosting.
My IT skills that I know perfect is SQL, HTML ,css ,wordpress, PHP.
coding skills that I know is Java, JavaScript and C#

Without question, paid hosting.
My security site Is hosted by a paid provider, and It's the best move I've made. The support and uptime Is excellent.
