Free or Paid hosting?

I'm not sure what kind of question this is, I mean if you don't mind slow website speed and terrible usage then fine go ahead and use Free Webhosting but if you prefer to have the best always go with Premium/Paid.

Used free hosting 2 times. 000WebHost sucks, x10Hosting is pretty decent.

To be honest no, I hate every other one more then 000webhost. Trust me, I tried few free ones.
