For me it's definitely a tie between Starfield, Baldur's Gate 3, and Hogwarts Legacy. Diablo 4 was fun, but past campaign it can't really compete with the expansiveness of the other 3.

Interesting! I'd have thought the same would be true of Legacy once you finish the campaign. There are some side quests and exploration to do, but otherwise the content runs out a bit. Then again, I did make 4 different characters to try out all the slight story variations and see the houses, so I guess there's some replayability.

Hogwarts Legacy and Diablo 4 both had ~30 hour campaigns, which is on the shorter end. I'd say Hogwarts Legacy has the edge, simply because of how unique it was.

On the other hand, Baldur's Gate 3 and Starfield have enough content to easily occupy 100+ hours. They didn't perform as great on Twitch, though.

Wow, I'm surprised they didn't do a lil better, but I suppose Diablo is always going to do well on twitch (unless they really screwed it up). And Hogwarts Legacy is a very fan driven game. In the sense it's the game fans have wanted since they read the first book. Name another immersive, open-world harry potter game that lets you go to Hogwarts? All the other games look graphically terrible.

Baldur's gate and starfield don't really have that franchise fanbase in the same way the others do, right?

Looks like Baldur's Gate 3 was the overwhelming winner:

Starfield also got an award for Xbox GOTY and 2077: Phantom Liberty won for best expansion.

Tears of the Kingdom was a vast improvement over Breath of the Wild, especially when making it feel like a Zelda game.
