What do you want to know? I'm a fairly high educated wrestling coach so let me know if there's anything you want to know.

As for your other questions.

- Yes and no, I'm starting in the second week of january to work out regularly again.
- No i do not have a food plan, I'm planning my food on the day. Not the best way but it works for me.
- Training schedule? I have actually just made my own for the new year. It will be good to come back to the gym after a one year break.

I follow the 100 pushup plan right know. As for a food plan, I try to snack less and drink less coke. But It's hard. I don't really go to the gym.

Nice!

-I started again in november, i was of the opinion better to start directly instead of waiting after xmas & NY. Gaining weight to lose it again after them Wink
-Thing is, by using a food plan, you eat more varied (well it's the case for me). When i'm not planning , i buy the same things over and over again and i'm always eating the same (this isn't helping on long term). But to be honest, i have cheat meals once-twice a week
-Always feel free to share, there are so much effective ways to workout, it's good to try out new things (muscle grow better when you change regularly)

Changing little things in food habbits can change a lot (by drinking water instead of other things with sugar, avoid light products since the industy almost always uses acesulfaam-k and
aspartame!)

Take a piece of fruit, eat more but smaller portions! It's not only for people who want to lose weight, it keeps the body fuelled all day (and for a hacker/programmer it's good to keep focussed and clear in the head, it's also good for the eyes since you look a lot to screens)

Endorfines are the best drugs! I love the feeling when i leave the gym!

Yes.
I must lift my sluggishly lazy arse from with-in the confines of my sleeping chamber on a daily basis.
Currently I'm in my 38th year of awaiting for a reply on the matter from Upper Management.Yawn
LOLing.
Meanwhile, I work out on a thrice-weekly basis (not counting my above blitherings) which entails a number of Kata[s] being gone thru, the old fashioned cinder-blocks attached to the ankles for doing varying types of pull-ups & abdominal maintenance exercises etceteral, and I shan't regail you with the boring details too much.
Three huge meals daily consisting of high starch, protein, and carbohydrates.
