friday legs

Food is almost more important then the exercise itself.
Also I suggest you to take a day off each exercise to get the maximum rest for your muscles to rebuild ( UNLESS you do completely other muscles which I doubt because 70% of the time you still kinda use main muscles ).

Shakes work pretty good but are so fucking disgusting.
I eat alot of sushi and drink about 2L water a day.
I actually like both of them and finally you get used to it.

yeah i know, like i said im not eating COMPLETELY unhealthy. actually i dont think im eating unhealthy at all; im just not following my plan. I eat about 2-3 cans of tuna, a turkey footlong sandwich from subway, oatmeal, brown rice, apples etc.

If you're eating all that through out one day, then you're having the same effects, as say eating a few mcdonalds cheeseburgers.
What you want to do is, in the morning maybe have a bowl of oatmeal and a boiled egg (boiled egg for protein) And then for lunch maybe a can of tuna, and like an apple. Then for dinner you eat the footlong.
