At the end of December, the ARGB/fan controller on my Coolermaster C700M (~$500) case went bad. I sent a support ticket, an RMA request, and tried reaching out to the company on all of their socials. No reply after waiting over 3 months. There's been other claims of faulty ARGB/fan controllers, and others have had the same issue. 

For a long time I had a great opinion of Coolermaster, as I'd used their CPU coolers/peripherals. However, my recent experience was so terrible I figured I should leave a warning for others that might be looking to buy a new case. There aren't a lot of cases out there with great cooling, but my current recommendation is Fractal Design.

There's something to be said for customer service. I'm less than inclined to buy any product from a company with bad customer service.

i never liked coolermaster tbh , i always went corsair or logitech for peripherals

I hope it works out for you. You may be fine and have no issues. At least this gives people a heads up about their customer service, though.

I am a big fan of Corsair products.

Never really had a problem with them so cannot comment on their Customer Service but always impressed with the robustness and quality of their products.

If you CAN contact them, sounds like good reason to exploit the hell out of them.

Companies they harm their customers deserve to get fucked over.
