i dont know , since childhood my palm and sole sweat alot , and there is no solution for this , i had very bad experience , i always avoid to shake hands , in exam paper it shity , doctor says this is not the disease or any problem ... doctor never able to cure my problem ... and The only last solution is surgery ... they will cut my sweat production never... in my family no one having this type of issue and this thing really spoil my life.

i search on internet and ready about this issue...Doctor say it "hyperhidrosis" , some people get heavy sweat at head , back and arm prit they can be easily managed but my case if fucking different , Only Hand and feets are targeted.

Solution

There are many solution but not permanent :

1. Botox injection : VerY Very Painful ,

They mark all area with black dot and fill botox injection in hand .

2. Medicine : All are drugs and sideeffect are high so i dont take , its effect on nerves to block.

3. iontophoresis machine : water and small amount of current pass to hand and feet to block sweat gland.

I buy this macchine no pain only current sensation feels , it works for me but its not permanent .. i need to maintaince like in a week i need to do it...

That's very unfortunate, sorry to hear. It might sound silly, but have you tried gloves? Surgery sounds excessive, though I have never heard of this condition before.

i dont need gloves , now i am able to handle after buying a machine . its block my sweat gland and my hand are dry.

30+ years later, and doctors are no closer to finding an explanation for It. With yourself, are you normally a relaxed person, or have anxiety-related Issues?

i also noticed that , when i get anxiety or nervous, my sweat become more worse .....its like trigger something ....

it can increase with anxiety and also type of foods you are eating another reason could be hyperthyroidism. For hyperthyroidism, take TSH test in future...

Anxiety, Coffee, Cigarettes? Situation may be different however I experience sweaty hands after a coffee or cigarette.

it is overactivity of thyroid glands, common issue if you don't exercise regulary 😁
