i dont know , since childhood my palm and sole sweat alot , and there is no solution for this , i had very bad experience , i always avoid to shake hands , in exam paper it shity , doctor says this is not the disease or any problem ... doctor never able to cure my problem ... and The only last solution is surgery ... they will cut my sweat production never... in my family no one having this type of issue and this thing really spoil my life.

i search on internet and ready about this issue...Doctor say it "hyperhidrosis" , some people get heavy sweat at head , back and arm prit they can be easily managed but my case if fucking different , Only Hand and feets are targeted.

They mark all area with black dot and fill botox injection in hand .

2. Medicine : All are drugs and sideeffect are high so i dont take , its effect on nerves to block.

3. iontophoresis machine : water and small amount of current pass to hand and feet to block sweat gland.

Get a second (or even a third) opinion from another doctor. If need be, they'll refer you to a specialist.

i directly vent to dermatologist , he was telling to have a surgery and gave me antiperspirant Roller when ever like exam i roll the liquid at night and in morning in give excellect result . but the roller is to costly as in Dollar $2.16, maybe amount looks small but it only small amount of liquid and i need to cover my hand so if i keep apply daily it will be finished in 5-6 days.... but it was very very effective , later i buy the machine . called iontophoresis machine cost me $135.45 , its took 1 month but it also effective , i was about to gave up but seller says dont give up and follow it after 1 month it got result it depend on skin type. . and its last long method .in sharing i have to do this treatment daily , than slowly slowly stop it , lie in week 3 time than in 1 month 1 times just to keep than sweat glad off/weak. 10 min i need to take positive current 10 Min in negative . know one know how this electric treatment work but it s work that only i am happy.

A few months ago accidentally I lost my right eye vision. Now I am suffering from diseases called corneal scare.
The doctor says damage cornea transplantation is mandatory for get back vision.
so I need to transplant the damaged cornea.  The cornea transplant surgery cost is $ 5000 in my local hospital. it's so difficult to manage the cost of this surgery.

Hi So Your case would be caused by a variety of things such as

A. Food

if you are noticing a higher sweat volume then the normal sweat you are experiencing from eating different foods then this could be caused from this.

B. Hydration

this could be possible if you're not hydrated

C. Genetics

i know you mentioned not having any family members having this problem but this could be a ancestry cause...
