Your hands are very nice, a shame youd have to go through surgery to get the sweating away Smile

Probably due to never/rarely performing manual labor.

If that's classed as manual labor, then so too Is everything we do with our hands.

The OP's hands look like those of a 12 year old female.

Nah, and he's an adult, I think they look good. Kind of small and petite, but well, that wont help against his sweat.

Or am I missing something?

the more small the more expensive , i saw in USA they make more compact and tiny they made and ore expensive around 300$.

I have this one ...indian based ..

American Version

Understood.

I thought that the one In the Image you shared, Is actually yours. The compact models are certainly expensive, but you can't put a price on health. Your machine looks like It was manufactured In the 60s.

haha , but its take same space the only difference is weight , my mayebe be little heavy as compare to new one.

The upside Is, your treatment Is working to a large degree. You just need to manage It as best you can.

Only disadvantage is not portable ... if shit to other city for job..

Hi So Your case would be caused by a variety of things such as

A. Food

if you are noticing a higher sweat volume then the normal sweat you are experiencing from eating different foods then this could be caused from this.

B. Hydration

this could be possible if you're not hydrated

C. Genetics

i know you mentioned not having any family members having this problem but this could be a ancestry cause...

i can say Genetics because i start noticing this swaet problem in chid hood , my family was saying it will go according to age but doesnt look like ...it still same and more swaet.

When you were a child, did you have any mental issues? or where you eating/drinking right?

Yes, I know he's an adult.

I'm simply complementing him on his hands.

This is true. You can tell a man's profession from looking at his hands. Someone in landscaping/construction will have more marks/calluses.
