I read it but all it says after installation there was a file on his hd, and the user thinks its not overly malicious, you said it wasn't malicious following a scan but that doesn't take away it could still be INSTALLED through a default setup..
It doesn't need to be harmfull but it can be unwanted...

wrong link. I meant this one that discusses the mrtstub.exe file which was the file of concern that the installer supposedly dropped (hint, it didn't). It was another couple posts away from the malwr.com link...
