A fun easter egg, but CDPR added a gun referencing Microsoft Office's Clippy:

The gun's name is Skippy, and he'll sometimes sing Rihanna and insult you.

I actually discovered Skippy a few days ago while watching videogamedunkey's video on Cyberpunk, and it does look like an interesting side quest. But it never even crossed my mind that it was an easter egg referencing Clippy. Of course, now that I hear the name Skippy, I automatically think Clippy.

It looks like the Polish didn't put enough polish into the game.

I did some research and found out that the development team was trying to get corporate to push the release date to March 2021, which obviously didn't happen. The apparent reason for not pushing the release date back until then is because the company would miss profits from Xbox One & PS4 sales. That's low for CDPR, and they aren't known for doing shady stuff like that.

Just a really unfortunate scenario. Someone needs to load a save file and fix this.

I had a suspicion they wanted to hold back on release. However, why didn't they release as an "early access" game instead? I'm sure they have their reasons, but I can't think of why. At least they'd get early release benefits with PS4 and Xbox, but they'd have that early access tag to allow them to work on the game without lawsuits from investors.

Still, I've been watching Oni play. There didn't seem to be anything majorly wrong from what I saw, but I realise he has pretty ballsy PC specs. Also, I noticed it's an absolutely stunning game. I'd really like to buy it.

Seems like an honest apology, so hopefully they can turn things around. Already did everything, but I'll probably play again once DLC drops.

Never been a fan of Cyberpunk. They spent so much money for advertising a game to release it later with bugs and glitches

It's probably not worth your time on console. And like you said, you can't buy a digital copy from Xbox or Playstation as of now. It is available on Steam, but you need to make sure you have a computer capable of running the game at a playable frame rate.

I'd imagine 2077 will be like No Man's Sky, where it takes a year for them to make up for the awful launch. Average user is less forgiving and has worse specs, but I had a pretty good time.

thats exactly why im not too worried. No mans sky definitely redeemed themselves after that update, I have faith in Cyberpunk
