Cyberpunk 2077 - Anyone Hyped? - Drako - 10-09-2020
Since around the time of the E3 2019 with Keanu Reeves I've been pretty excited. I find it hard to believe that trailer came out more than a year ago actually. Unfortnately, CDPR hasn't released a real title since Witcher 3 in 2015, which I have around 150 hours in, and still play from time to time. And I have a feeling Cyberpunk will be no exception to that amount of play time. CD Projekt Red isn't known for dissapointment, that's why they're such a great studio. At this point in development, the only way they could sour Cyberpunks ratings is by introducing some game-breaking bug that makes the whole game unplayable.
We still have about 40 days to go until launch day. I expect CDPR will hit their target since Cyberpunk has gone gold.
Well, time for a long 40 days...

I seriously cannot wait! I'm just a little worried I won't be able to control myself and I'll end up playing too much of it and lose focus on my studies.
We're definitely in the final count down days with just a little over a month until the big release.

Lots of great games coming out this holiday season. Already preordered 2077, so just looking forward to release! Multiplayer won't come for another 1-2 years.

I feel like limiting myself just so the years of waiting don't boil down to completing the main story in less than a week.

I'll be preordering on steam soon as well. I plan on staying up late so I can hit the download button, then go straight to sleep so I can wake up and play. But I'm sure on release day the steam servers will be going in and out constantly due to the probably hundreds of thousands, maybe millions trying to download at the same time.

I haven't been a huge fan of single player games since getting addicted to counter strike. I'll probably pick it up on sale for 30$ a few months after the game comes out. I hope the hype holds up to the outcome!

It may or may not interest you to know, OnePlus have developed a new 8T Cyberpunk 2077 edition.
I know I'm not even playing the game since it's not out yet... but I kinda want that phone. It's being released in China in December. I'm hoping they'll do a US release.
