I don't really understand why global warming is being brought into this? Global warming may not be entirely accurate but what is accurate is climate change, why does it matter if GW is the cause?

Back to the topic: I agree with some of the posts above. It is very highly unlikely. The country is already making plans for new methods of supplying energy and internet usage really isn't the biggest concern in the country nor is it the biggest consumer of power. I think this is another example of an expert going "If this unlikely event were to happen then these would be the consequences" followed by the media blowing it out of proportion and going "THIS IS DEFINITELY GOING TO HAPPEN."

I swear Sweden uses the most internet (The Internet in Sweden is used by 94.0% of the population) if anyone is going to need to ration the internet, I imagine it would be them.

I don't even own an Internet connection, or landline.
My neighbors Internet - is my source of Internet.

On topic though - I can't see this happening, but the government and the country is corrupt, so who knows.

I wish I was making this up.

I do not like the sound of this. At all.

solar is first big investment, if you don't have a large enough roof top (like a sheep pen or somthing similar) it can take 20-40 years to return your investment, of course for long run its worthwhile. but how the fuck thinks so far
