Breachforums Owner Arrested #1
The owner of Breachforums was recently arrested, charged with "conspiracy to solicit individuals to sell unauthorized access devices".  Like the owner of Raidforums, that was probably the tip of the iceberg.

I'd recommend members steer clear of their trajectory. If Omnipotent and Pompompurin have been arrested, I'd imagine a similar fate awaits Baphomet or anyone that takes the reins. Keep your hands clean.

Quote:U.S. law enforcement arrested on Wednesday a New York man believed to be Pompompurin, the owner of the BreachForums hacking forum.

According to court documents, he was charged with one count of conspiracy to solicit individuals to sell unauthorized access devices.

During the arrest, the defendant allegedly admitted that his real name was Connor Brian Fitzpatrick and that he was Pompourin, the owner of the Breach Forums cybercrime forum.

"When I arrested the defendant on March 15, 2023, he stated to me in substance and in part that: a) his name was Conor Brian FitzPatrick; b) he used the alias "pompourin," and c) he was the owner and administrator of "BreachForums," the data breach website referenced in the Complaint," FBI Special Agent John Longmire says.

Fitzpatrick was released on Thursday on a $300,000 bond and will appear in the District Court of the Eastern District of Virginia on March 24, as first reported by Bloomberg.

Another one bites the dust.

He chose the behaviour, he chose the consequences.
It's that simple.

Both owners liked to poke the bee-hive. Only one outcome if you mess with 3-letters.

Fully agreed.

It's yet another case of an arrogant 20 year old thinking he's invincible. At least he got to live a year in the spotlight, now he's likely fucked for decades to come. Was it worth it? Probably not.

I'm actually thinking Baphomet might go down too. He's too much careless.

Agreed.

They're not aware of the severity of their actions until the Feds bust their door down at 5:30am and start reading their rights - by which time, It's all too late.

If he ends up with a criminal conviction (which Is very likely), he's affected for life.
