This nigga didnt dox shit, thats a verizon business fiber line.  The host name is pool-108-41-204-191.nycmny.fios.verizon.net which shows that its FIOS, and likely goes to a data server.  Intelligence X is just some larper claiming he got him bagged for twitter clout.

edit: this man runs a shitt search engine, but also refers to himself as a "ceo" on twitter. ceo of what, a dumpserfire? The whole company is literally just him and his friend.
