It's that simple.
Exactly.

In all honesty this guy is going to take some wacky plea deal and then mysteriously show up in an office deep inside the shit half of fort mead making like 120k+. US is desperate for cyber talent right now. And there is no way he doesn't take it, I am certain the man doesn't want to spend a jail cell with Tyrone for the next decade.

Is the US government seeking a lot of cybersecurity experts atm?

Yea, stacking the walls and floors with analysts rn. Some places are hiring more analysts than they have office space to put them in. Pretty much anywhere that does cyber is going to be packed like a can full of sardines.

3-letter site said he could get a maximum of 5 years, which isn't terrible given some of the stuff he did. I'd venture to guess he's already made a plea deal and Baphomet is next.

my thought's are no different from what's obviously been stated here as a common sense , the reason i really like this forum even from couple of years is the total respect and overal calculation's about such behaviours that can actually lead to a really unwanted outcome , once again i've deeply thankful for such wonderful moderator's we have here in the forum for keeping all of this alive .
