Your question isn't support, lol. The Virtual Stock Market is custom and prior to Discussion Zone, I have no plans to release the plugin at all.

I purchase a custom plugin by a well known and reputed mybb plugin maker for my site but he/she was no time for precise customization for me, I'm very thankful if Blue or anyone help for customize my plugin.

That is not a plugin, sorry to say. Not sure why people think it is.

Administrators manually create and and put the leaders into groups which then can invite, however, that page is custom. It should be simple enough to do on your own.
