The Darkness II has a pretty good storyline. The Walking Dead also has a great and unique storyline. Each choice matters, which is very cool. 400 days DLC was a bit short, but still very enjoyable. Can't wait for the next season, and I'm hoping to either play Clementine, or someone similar to Lee.

I loved Persona 4, it was pretty crazy and extremely interesting with all the references to the Jungian psychology and Japanese mythology.
Another game (or rather game series) with great storyline is Metal Gear Solid. It was more like a movie, really, and I'm not only talking about the amount of cutscenes
I think Japanese games in general tend to have storylines that are either very interesting or completely insane

I loved the God of War storyline and actually think it can made into a half decent movie. The Last of Us also had a really gripping story line that truly enhanced the already superior gameplay.
