Most games have some kind of storyline, and so naturally, some are a lot better than others.

Do you have any particular favourite storylines in games? Are there any you've come across that you've actually thought were really interesting and wanted to know more about?

Spec Ops: The Line is one of the best in my opinion. Never have I played a game where i was so interested in the story.

By far Halo or Gears of War, best and most climatic storylines ever in my opinion.

I enjoy a lot of games' storylines.
My favorites would have to be:

Those are just off the top of my head, I'm probably forgetting a few.

I liked the story-line in worms 2 Armageddon, it got pretty sad.

The most intense and phenomenal video game story would have to be Bioshock or Halo. Although Halo story seems to be declining and Bioshock's is just getting better.

Growing up, I thoroughly enjoyed Halo's campaign. I can't really think of any others, but I know I enjoyed more. A recent campaign that I had fun with is Dishonored. Mass Effect 3 was enjoyable also, but the ending was disappointing.

Interesting thread actually. I never see people interested in Storylines anymore. All I see is people focusing on multiplayer.

Metal gear and Halo storylines were awesome.

One I absolutely hated was Hitman: Absolution. The story line was BS and simply killed it.
