Depending on the building complex, apartments also have their privacy, some more than houses.

For Instance, due to secure access entry codes, unless you allow It, no visitors, door to door salesmen or any unwanted guests. Internally, you have all the privacy you need - no chance of anyone looking through your window In a high-rise building.

Very good points thinking about it an apartment would be better. Also im guessing it could be harder tracking what floor a person is on.

A house provides a higher standard of living, but an apartment allows you to be more mobile.

I have owned a house for a couple of years now, and I prefer that, for sure. I love the space and privacy.

We have lived in an apartment, and I am terrified to move to a private house. It feels like everyone can enter your home, look out the window, and rob you. But my husband insists on this because children need more space. Undoubtedly, there are many advantages in life on the ground. So, we downloaded a program for architects that allows us to make drawings and all the necessary layouts around the house. You can find more info here. To be honest, I am very excited about working on the project of our own home. Although I'm still afraid to leave the apartment.

The apartment limits me a lot. First of all, I can't go out at any time in my home clothes, get a coffee, and so on. Secondly, it is not always convenient to keep pets such as cats and dogs in the apartment. In that case, I'll always choose. Right now, I live in a two-story house, and I'm comfortable with that personal space. I ordered a house plan from boutiquehomeplans.com before I did a complete remodel there. This new plan allowed me to incorporate all of my interior design ideas. I love bold combinations in the most unexpected places!

I think it depends on what city you live in. I live in London. And in this city it is definitely more profitable to buy an apartment. Now we are building a large number of real estate. Especially in the center. Therefore, if you have enough money, you can always find a great  [link redacted]. This is a great option to buy an apartment at lower than market prices. If we talk about the benefits of the apartment, then you do not have a tax burden on the payment of land taxes. The apartment can be chosen in any size. And anywhere in the city. It will not be possible to do so from the house.

I did exactly that with my apartment.

It was a lot cheaper than an established one listed for sale.
