I say, apartment. Well starting off you should get an apartment, the costs are less and maintenance is at a low. Getting a house right away, when you don't even really know how to finance that sort of stuff, you would be drained of all your money. I do not know, I always thought mortgage was worse than rent in a way. But yeah when you grow a little bit older and get more money, then you get a house!
