Finding a good company can be a pretty difficult challenge. Either they're going to charge a lot, or they will not get the job done. As for me, a private house is much more convenient. Firstly, you have a large area to plant or your garden. Secondly, you can build a private house to your liking and make the layout the way you want.

I say, apartment. Well starting off you should get an apartment, the costs are less and maintenance is at a low. Getting a house right away, when you don't even really know how to finance that sort of stuff, you would be drained of all your money. I do not know, I always thought mortgage was worse than rent in a way. But yeah when you grow a little bit older and get more money, then you get a house!

It really depends on how much space you really need and if you are buying or renting. Im at the point where I have a family and want to invest, so a house is a good play for me. Renting is just paying for someone else's investment but can be fine if you don't need as much space.
