Hey guys,
So it has been 2~4 weeks that I've been going to the gym and lately, I've realized that I ain't eating so well, taking dumps at unexpected times than usual. I feel kinda weird, and a bit weak. I DO try my best to eat as much as I can but most of the times my stomach would say no.
Any advice I can take from a person who has been a gymnast? It would deeply help if so.
