I was thinking less solitary hobbies, though I do partake in several of those myself. I was thinking something that makes you go out of your comfort zone. I once took on Kickboxing as a means of getting fit, but it also significantly helped my mental health. I can't tell you the difference something like martial arts, or some kind of fitness habit/hobby makes to your mind.
I ended up meeting some people along the way, without really needed to socialise, per se. It was just a side-effect of learning to punch and kick each other
Ever considered signing up for a local league? They have some for adults. Obviously, after quarantine is over.
