I understand you and agree up to a point...

If the suggestions you propose are implemented then you would end up with loads of accounts being created just to download one item, and  they will never be seen again. And possibly most of the accounts that will be generated will be made by the people you are trying to stop.

Thats the gamble of running a forum tho, you don't know who's gonna stay. Thats why you give them as many things to make them want to stay and be apart of the community. although I do understand what you are saying. So how do we stop these mfs
