From a business standpoint, well, It pretty much speaks for Itself. They'll lose sales (new Items not purchased) and money In loss of manpower (dedicated employees who're paid by the hour) during the repairs process.
Would they not need more man-power to do those repairs and the admin staff needed for tracking and booking repairs?
I wonder if companies can monetise via repair schemes? It certainly seems a challenge for organisations.
