Although not many people are In support of GoDaddy, I've been with them for close to 8 years, and have yet to experience negative customer service. Their response time Is lightning, and they remain on the line until the Issue Is solved.

I have the same relationship with Namecheap, their live chat usually resolves my problems in minutes of opening a ticket. Never used GoDaddy personally because NameCheap offers student discount.

Prior to opting for GoDaddy, I used Namecheap at one point and was very happy with their service. It's good to read they're still on the same level.

As with yourself, I get huge savings, namely because I have around 20 domains registered and been with GoDaddy for many years to date. The majority of my domains are premium (purchased at regular cost), which I'm planning to sell pretty soon.
