Regarding the transaction has been a few days of him making excuses, but since yesterday he hasn't been online and from my knowledge has deactivated his discord. In the case where he is actually being pursued by law enforcement, I am happy to allow for a bit longer before straight out deeming him a scammer as there is potential for a return and/or refund. Only early days, although he is banned atm on the forum for claiming to be in trouble with the law.

Imo it seems quite convenient that he's all of a sudden dipped after receiving a decent amount of change from a few users. Highly suspicious but I suppose all you can do is give him the slight benefit of the doubt.

Exactly, at the end of the day he won't be getting his diamond account back unless he satisfies his customers either by completing the service or a refund
