I paid 400$ btc for a gtx card SE service but has since gone dark on the issue and with no refund or confirmation of delivery (despite saying it was shipped). Now I know he has posted something regarding being in trouble with the feds, but it was still advised that I post a scam report for potential future customers of his if he continues his work. So the facts are: currently -400$btc and nothing to show for it.

Waiting for further information/refund.

You aren't the only one claiming to have wool pulled over their eyes in regards to this user. That's unfortunate.
If he's not returning messages, that's an obvious sign.
How long ago did you contact him and since has gone dark?

Regarding the transaction has been a few days of him making excuses, but since yesterday he hasn't been online and from my knowledge has deactivated his discord. In the case where he is actually being pursued by law enforcement, I am happy to allow for a bit longer before straight out deeming him a scammer as there is potential for a return and/or refund. Only early days, although he is banned atm on the forum for claiming to be in trouble with the law.

Imo it seems quite convenient that he's all of a sudden dipped after receiving a decent amount of change from a few users. Highly suspicious but I suppose all you can do is give him the slight benefit of the doubt.

Exactly, at the end of the day he won't be getting his diamond account back unless he satisfies his customers either by completing the service or a refund

First of all, this isn't the thread for you to bring that up. And since I didn't like your signature I didn't feel obliged to pay for it since I'm not using it or anything? You said you'd see what you could come up with and it was simply my name over a background. Certainly not worth 15usd btc in my opinion, but I do appreciate the attempt you put in trying. Also for the record, I paid for this service almost a month ago from Rek.

DragonRek is NOT going to jail LMAO, what he was doing was absolute basic shit. It was an "exit scam", i've dealt with people ACTUALLY going to jail, and still responding to people saying he WILL go to jail is just absolute stupidity, and wouldn't be said by someone going to jail. Ive had countless people messaging me about dragonrek and all said the same thing, Dragonrek told them the feds were "investigating" him.

I agree with the first line. @drako if you feel you've been through something as well, you should open a thread on your own. If he did some gfx work for you though, he should be compensated I think. That's just my opinion though.
