A while back, I did read It's one of the worst pains and I certainly believe It.
Pain can be very relative, but I wouldn't be surprised. Especially given it's a pain in the head region. Even a bad headache can kill your energy and mood. Mouth-related pains can stop you eating/drinking. Not fun by any means!

Definitely.
When I get migraines, It disrupts my thought process and motivation levels, hence I always have pain killers on hand. I'd rather have that than a severe toothache, though.
