They say those who don't have wisdom teeth are more evolved. Is that true?

From what I've been told by my dentist, my wisdom teeth are In fact there, but have yet to come out.

Mine came through a little, but there's no pain or any issues as far as can be told. What a relief!

That thing about being more evolved is relatively rubbish. Genes are a little more complicated than that. Although, we could make arguments about white folk having more neanderthal heritage
