Even though most people get braces in their teenage years, I decided to wait and got braces about 8 months ago. I go every month to get several adjustments, and have been dealing with rubber bands for about 3 moths now. I have a huge overbite, and I should be close to fix it. A good thing is that I was never a mouth breather, so my jaw is fairly well defined, and my teeth "profile" is nearly perfect accoording to my orthodontist.  Now recently I have been mewing, and now keeping my tongue at the roof of my mouth became a habit.
