true but he should not have trust no one else with his code !

I understand and agree with your point, but In my view, the legal system needs a serious overhaul.

Ultimately, the malicious acts of others led to the apprehension, conviction and sentencing of a man who did not directly commit any offense. Google are Indexing and providing a gateway to access the site, so why aren't they part of the equation? There's too many Inconsistencies.
