I guess that's just in your country of Australia and other countries, then, because in Canada, being a police officer is a great career. You can join municipal police forces and eventually be making over $100,000 a year, you can join the RCMP if you like to travel to totally different places all across the country (and within six years you can be making over $100,000 a year), etc.
In the RCMP, you get free training, $500/week as an allowance at the training depot, they pay for you to travel to the depot in Saskatchewan and back, you get all your healthcare benefits, etc.
Fuck, that's good income money. If all fails here, I've planned to move to Canada anyway. (Aussie jobs are impossible to get.)
That'd be awesome! You can come live anywhere, except for Nunavut. Do not live in Nunavut. Nunavut is a shit hole; it is practically a third-world native-people enclave within Canada.
