Poll: Implement this?

Hello everyone,

So I'm pretty sure everyone that is active here has seen a thread like this pop-up:

Now I've seen tons of these threads and reported them all, but I just thought that it would be easy to just disallow URL's in the title field, since they ALL put a URL in the title field. Now, maybe this could be extended by allowing it for members that are bronze or have > 10 posts or whatever but I think this would greatly lower the burdain on staff and it would keep the forum a little bit more clean.

What are your opinions about this?
