"We cannot allow this to happen as it has for many years!

"Right now, the most popular illegal site in the world, 123movies.to (at this point), is operated from Vietnam, and has 98 million visitors a month," It's unclear if this site is now being closed down but pressure is clearly growing on those that stream content illegally.
