These are all valid points that every functioning, self-sufficient human needs to accept sooner or later.
Though, as others have said, I only somewhat agree with number one. In the land of actually going out and doing shit, I have anxiety and I'm super socially awkward so not many people actually care to talk to me (which I'm fine with; the friends I have are awesome), but most of the ones that do (with the exception of my mother, somehow) know my schedule is always rammed and I'm kind of forgetful, so anyone who knows me irl is used hearing back from me a day late, or not at all if it slips my mind.

It's often the outcasts, the iconoclasts ... those who have the least to lose because they
don't have much in the first place, who feel the new currents and ride them the farthest.
