   If you're not hearing back from someone (most likely the girl you like, or someone important to you) It's because they have deliberately chosen not to answer you. It's the truth and you should know it, think about how many times you pick up or even browse you're phone regardless of how busy you may be, think about how quickly it actually takes for someone to shoot a quick message in between doing task. If you want to talk to someone you'll message them regardless of how much time you have, let's be real.

There will always be something or someone trying to bring you down regardless of what you're doing, so don't let that one individual ruin the entire thing for you, ignore the ignorant peasant and move on. I can't stand people who let a single persons insult or negative comment bring them down entirely ruining what they originally had done or achieved.

   Your character is determined by what you do, not what you think about. Anyone can say they're going to do this or that, but it's the people that are noticed for actually taking their thoughts into action and pursuing it.
   
   This is basically for all the lazy people who claim they've done things with no evidence or people that say they're going to do a bunch of things making them look good but haven't actually done anything about it.

I don't know about #1. I get loads of messages each day and sometimes a few slip through the cracks. It should be obvious if someone is ignoring or putting you off, though.
