Also, I politely disagree, but I see what you are saying.
The only problem with a world where homocide is legal, is the fact that everyone needs to have the same ability to fight back.
In other words, everyone needs to have the exact same defensive resources, if you have a gun then I also need to have one.
The obvious problem is that some people are bad at fighting, so it creates a disbalance.
The issue with this discussion, is that everyone is simply screaming NO! or not complying by your rules (no relative terms).
The issue with this discussion is that op's argument is literally copied off a debate website with barely any addition to the discussion. Murdering the innocent is considered one of the worst thing a human being can do and op's justification for this discussion is "pleasure is a valid reason".
I've already previously mentioned the fact regarding how op would expect any laws to be in place and and how a society would function. The only response I got is to piss off.
In order to have a serious discussion one has to create valid points and arguments, then consider what the other user is stating and agree/disagree with so. Not telling a person to fuck off because he's incapable to answer them.
