Hello Creative Gamers, Today I will be talking about training programs and also helping you out. The Training Program is broken down into sections.
Quick information
I am currently studding Btec Sports Diploma at my school. I wish to share my knowledge with people here on Creative Gaming Forums.
I will also make specific training programs to you on request. PM me if you wish to talk more about that.
Types of Training
There are different types of training you can do. Depending on what part of your body you want to train. I will talk about 3 main training programs.
- Cardio
- Body Pump
- General Fitness
Cardio Training

Monday - Jogging for 20 min at a speed your comfortable with.
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Cycle for 30 min then do jogging for 10 min.
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Swimming lengths for 20-30 min.
Saturday - Jogging for 20 min then Cycle for 10 min.
Sunday - Rest

Feel free to change the timing to meet your level of fitness.
Increase your jogging time by 2 min each week and cycling by 3 min each week. Swimming is to be increased by 5 min each week.
Body Pump

General Fitness

Monday - Squat ( 2 sets 10-12 reps )
- Biceps Curl ( 3 sets 8-10 reps )
- Shoulder Press ( 5 sets 5-7 reps )
- Leg Press ( 3 sets 8-10 reps )
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Jogging for 15 min
- Cycle for 15 min
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Exercise Ball Crunch ( 3 sets 10-12 reps )
- Lateral Raise ( 4 sets 5-7 reps )
- Dumbbell Swing Though ( 2 sets 12-14 reps )
- Jogging for 10 min
Saturday - Swimming for 20-30 min
Sunday - Rest

Again feel free to adapt the workout to your own fitness. Make sure you add more weight, sets or reps each week so you improve your fitness.
For the weights pick what ever you are comfortable with.
