I believe only the poeple that had made payments through their credit cards got raided. But again, english isn't my first language so with raided I mean that the police came to their house  an took their computer as well as they told them that the owner of razorcrypt had logged their credit card details. With "raided" I don't mean that a swat team bust in their house haha .. But I think that that happened to Razor.
