Staff should be very active so they are more likely to spot things.

I guess so, I mean there are tons of forums who completely got shit on by all the shit posts but hopefully if oni does decide to give out rewards. It should be to a person who is persistently there on the top posters thing.

That ultimately comes down to a team effort of keeping the forum interesting and fun without losing that real discussion that happens here every day.
