Maybe rewards could start being given out to the top poster of the month or the top three posters of the month? Rewards could be upgrade, points, an award of their choice (if they seem fit for it/reach the award's requirement), free username and title change.....
It may spice things up a little...may increase the activity around here. Now I'm not saying it's dead, but it could definitely be a lot more active than it already is.

If the top poster of the month had a bunch of LQ posts and the second top poster of the month had a bunch of HQ posts rather than a bunch of LQ posts like the top poster of the month, then Oni could reward the second top poster of the month instead. I understand your opinion though.

The last thing this board needs, Is LQ posting just to be on the top poster's list to receive the award.
