But awards for top posters each month. All you'll see is shit posts just like other forums.

True, but then that would be mean staff weren't doing their jobs. I believe awards should be a case by case basis. Some people top post for a few weeks then disappear off the face of the earth. Whereas some will hit top several times every few months for 3 years straight.
