about 10-20 new users register every day or so, depending. That being said, how many people would you say stick to the site?

Unfortunately that question is super broad. The answer is that there is a complete mixture. Some stick around forever, like me. Some stick around for a few weeks then come back months later. Some stay for months/years then disappear. I'd say there are definitely a massive number of regulars that you'll get to know the more you're here. Some of the old members have returned which is interesting for them as it may be a new crowd for them to get used to.
